Took my car in for body/mechanical repair at service center, After six weeks of excuses, rude service, no progress phone calls and failed promises/deadlines I got my car back to find it covered in bird excrement. I recommend this repair shop to people who have all the time in the world, like to be treated badly and like to be continuously disappointed.
Here getting one of the cars serviced. I would recommend checking their website, there is usually a coupon to save a few bucks.
Just bought a new Forester from this dealership. Excellent deal - no hassle, no haggle. (I hate haggle!) Folks were very friendly, good price on the car. My Forester had to be ordered; dealership kept me informed as to when it would be delivered. Quick and easy (and friendly) paperwork. Loved the experience, and will definitely be back for the next one!
4 visits, 2 drive alongs and a call to the regional advisor and they never did fix the problem with my cruise control. They tried their best to convince me that the cruise control was supposed to shut off by itself on the highway - an unsafe condition in my opinion.
I later visited another local dealer who fixed it on the first try and did not give me a hard time for wanting it to be fixed under warranty.
These guys are cranky and have an attitude like they are doing you a favor to perform warranty service on your vehicle.

These people have three different phone numbers on their website. One directed me to a line that literally just never stopped ringing, one directed me to Eugene Oregon where a man answereed saying "What?" instead of the standard "Hello?" That us polite humans say. He then proceeded to tell me that he had the car I saw on his website in stock but that I had to come to his dealership or he could not do business with me. Seriously? Go figure he was lying about having the car since the one I called about is here in St. Louis, Missouri. I called the third number and kept being told to press one for sales. Every time I did that it just kept telling me to press one for sales again. These people are complete morons and don't deserve your business.
