The only difficulty I've ever had was not being able to get in contact with customer service on a weekend to rectify a hold being put on my card (a safety measure to prevent fraud). Not a fault of the branch and I'll rest easy knowing my account will be safe from any possible fraud.
I have used this branch for many years now. My experiences here have always been great. I actually make it a point to go into the lobby opposed to the drive thru because I enjoy the friendly interaction. It is a very professional and welcoming environment where I am acknowledged by name. While still having all the modern convinces the bank maintains a small community feel and classic business maxim.
